The Butler County Sheriff's Office in Hamilton, Ohio requires a vendor to provide comprehensive inmate commissary services and an integrated inmate banking and trust account system. The agency is seeking to establish a secure, compliant, and cost-effective operation that adheres to all federal, state, and local laws. This initiative aims to streamline facility operations by uniting commissary ordering, inmate banking, and communication services under a single, unified platform. The scope of work covers full commissary operations, including ordering, inventory control, and the distribution of food, snacks, hygiene products, writing materials, clothing, and religious items. The requested technology suite must feature an electronic ordering system, real-time account tracking, a lobby and intake deposit kiosk, and a deposit system supported by a twenty-four-hour, seven-day-a-week call center. Additionally, the agency requires integrated communication tools that allow inmates to access a law library, submit grievances, view posted documents, and place orders for commissary and fresh favorite items. Only organizations based in the United States are eligible to bid on this opportunity. The selected vendor will perform the required work offsite.
