HYCU Maintenance and Support System

The agency is seeking a vendor to provide a HYCU maintenance and support system. The project covers a HYCU enterprise premium subscription and an R-cloud premium enterprise support service for a total contract value of up to 250,000 HYCU subscriptions. The selected vendor must also provide a HYCU one-day remote consultation service. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency will allow the work to be performed either onsite or offsite. The agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget and has not disclosed a specific funding limit.
