RFI for Artificial Intelligence Framework Services

The issuing agency is seeking artificial intelligence framework services to establish robust governance and operational structures for its AI initiatives. The agency needs to solve challenges related to ethical AI deployment, workforce readiness, use case management, and ongoing performance monitoring. Additionally, the project requires designing standardized AI use case intake forms, developing evaluation criteria, maintaining a decision log, and managing a centralized inventory of approved use cases. To monitor performance and drift, the vendor must define key performance indicators, build live performance dashboards, implement drift detection mechanisms, and document return on investment. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency requires all work to be performed offsite at the vendor's own office location. The agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget and has not disclosed a specific funding limit or key dates in the initial request.
