RFI for Enterprise Telecommunications Transport and Internet Access Sourcing Strategy Service

The Colorado-based government authority is seeking information to develop a sourcing strategy for enterprise telecommunications transport and internet access. The agency is trying to establish a highly structured, agile commercial model, such as bandwidth tier matrices or regional geographic banding, to decrease long-term administrative overhead and streamline future ordering. This strategy aims to create an equitable, transparent, and highly efficient baseline for a formal evaluation prior to an upcoming re-compete. The scope of work covers identifying qualified market partners and evaluating modern commercial delivery frameworks. The project requires expertise in enterprise telecommunications transport, Layer 2 Wide Area Network connectivity, and dedicated internet access services. All performance of the work will occur offsite. Only onshore organizations based in the United States are eligible to participate in this market research.
