ITS Communication System Upgrade Services

The government authority in Cheyenne, Wyoming is seeking a vendor to provide Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) communication system upgrade services. The agency needs to solve infrastructure limitations by acquiring a new tower structure with a foundation, a conduit system for power conductors, and a conduit system for communication cables. The requested scope of work also includes a three-point locking system with Corbin locks and stainless steel handles, two-position bar stops on the bottom of each door, and a thermostatically controlled heater. Additionally, the agency requires a removable self-standing nineteen-inch rack assembly and two lights, with one light positioned at the top of each door opening. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based solely in the United States. The agency requires the performance of the work to take place offsite. The authority has not disclosed a specific budget and is looking for proposals to determine the cost. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this procurement no later than June 15, 2026.
