Detention Center Security Maintenance Services

The government authority located in Brighton, Colorado is seeking a vendor to provide detention center security maintenance services. The agency requires preventative maintenance and repair for the security system at the Detention Center to ensure continuous and reliable operations. To address service interruptions or equipment failures, the agency requires emergency service calls with a maximum response time of one hour as determined by the on-duty designee. To facilitate this rapid response, the contractor must provide a twenty-four-hour, seven-day-a-week, year-round emergency telephone contact number. This emergency line must never lead to a voicemail inbox and must automatically route to the next employee in the chain of command after no more than ten rings.
