This facility comprises a multi-level administration and operations center, an outdoor transfer center operating six days a week, and an associated parking area. The selected vendor will monitor and secure these premises, which feature an existing closed-circuit video recording system installed throughout both the interior and exterior spaces. The agency requires all contracted security work to be managed and performed from an offsite location. Bidders must be organizations based entirely within the United States to meet the eligibility criteria for this opportunity. The agency expects the finalized contract to span a performance period of three years.
