Traffic Control Box Art Project Services

The City of Tulsa, Oklahoma is seeking professional or emerging artists or artist teams to provide traffic control box art project services. The agency is trying to enhance the visual appeal of its infrastructure by transforming traffic control boxes into three-hundred-and-sixty-degree photo-opportunity art pieces. The selected artist must design a wrap that adheres to the Public Works policy for wrapping traffic control boxes. The scope of work requires the creation of design files with a resolution of three hundred dots per inch or higher. The design must incorporate a Capital of Route 66 Art StoryMaps graphic that includes a QR code. Additionally, the artist must provide a descriptive title and a five-to-ten-sentence description of the artwork to be featured in the Route 66 Art StoryMaps. Eligibility is limited to onshore organizations based in the United States. The performance of the work must occur onsite in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Bidders must submit their proposals digitally via email or through an online portal. The agency is looking for budget proposals from bidders to determine the project cost.
