Navigational Resources and Signage Master Plan Services

The Judicial Branch is seeking a qualified vendor to develop a comprehensive navigational resources and signage master plan. The agency needs to solve the challenge of inconsistent and complex navigation across its geographically diverse facilities, which serve visitors with varying needs and handle different case types. The project requires a cohesive signage and wayfinding system applicable across all Branch locations to improve the overall visitor experience. The scope of work covers both interior and exterior wayfinding, including lobbies, courtroom areas, entrances, parking facilities, and public gathering spaces. The selected vendor must design exterior monument signs, main entrances, pedestrian pathways, destination signs for court facilities, and internal informational signage. Additionally, the project includes developing accessibility and regulatory signage, establishing style guidelines for future signage implementation, and providing a statement of probable costs for fabrication and installation. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency expects the performance of the work to take place offsite. While the agency has not disclosed a specific budget and is looking for proposals to define the cost, bidders must submit all questions regarding the opportunity no later than June 23, 2026.
