The Oregon government authority located in Salem is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive onsite janitorial services. The agency needs to maintain its facility by cleaning open desk areas, tables, counters, windowsills, file cabinet tops, and door glass. The selected provider must also empty trash, shredding, and recycling, remove boxes from designated areas, and replace torn or wet liners. The scope of work requires sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming main areas, as well as wiping door handles and light switches. In the restrooms and break areas, the provider must clean sinks and toilets, wipe down plumbing pipes, clean backsplashes, wipe the undersides of hanging cabinets, and refill dispensers.
