Cleaning Service

The agency is seeking routine, event-related, and as-needed additional cleaning services to maintain a clean, healthy, safe, and welcoming environment for occupants, visitors, families, partners, and staff. The selected contractor must provide reliable staffing, consistent quality control, clear communication, appropriate supervision, and compliance with all service standards. The agency requires these services to be performed consistently, professionally, and in a manner that protects sensitive information and respects operational needs. The scope of work covers foyers, cafes, reception areas, designated office spaces, common corridors, hallways, conference rooms, restrooms, break areas, kitchens, elevators, and stairwells. Cleaning duties also include entryways and exits including mats, trash collection points, doors, storefront glass, side lights, corridor and hallway work or counter areas, and training and event spaces. Performance of the work will take place offsite. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency is looking for budget proposals from bidders to determine the cost of the one-year contract period. An optional pre-bid meeting took place on June 3, 2026, and the agency must receive all questions no later than June 15, 2026.
