Multi-Function Devices Supplies

The government authority located in Riverside, California is seeking five high-speed, full color and black-and-white digital Multi-Function Devices (MFDs) capable of printing, copying, and scanning across five locations. These new units will replace four existing Sharp MX-7580N MFDs and add one additional device to the fleet. The agency requires these devices to resolve their need for upgraded, high-volume document processing equipment. The requested scope of work covers devices with print speeds of 80 pages per minute for both black-and-white and color on letter size media. The equipment must feature a maximum monthly duty cycle of at least 275,000 pages, a first print time of less than six seconds, and a warm-up time of less than 90 seconds. The agency requires duplex printing, duplex copying, and duplex scanning to email, network folders, or USB up to 600 dpi. Network printing must integrate with an existing Windows Server 2025 print server running Papercut version 25.0 or later print management software communicating via TCP/IP. The contract period spans three years, and the performance of the work will be offsite. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in the United States.
