Interactive Whiteboards, Smart Boards, ViewSonic and Interactive Panels and Audio-Visual Systems Maintenance and Repair Services

The Housing Authority of the City of Camden, New Jersey, is seeking comprehensive maintenance, repair, and support services for its interactive whiteboards, smart boards, ViewSonic and BenQ interactive panels, and associated audio-visual systems. The agency needs to keep its interactive display assemblies fully operational, including all display units, compute modules, embedded systems, mounts, cabling, accessories, and audio-visual components. This procurement addresses the ongoing need for professional technical support to rebuild, repair, and replace malfunctioning hardware components. The scope of work covers the complete maintenance and repair of internal electronics, power supplies, controller boards, touch sensors, digitizers, and display components. For older smart board systems, the required services also encompass the maintenance and repair of projector units. All repair and maintenance activities will take place offsite at the provider's facility. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency is currently looking for proposals to establish the budget and pricing structure for these services.
