Decommission of Coley Creek Service

The City of Alexander City, Alabama, is seeking a vendor to decommission the Coley Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant. The agency requires comprehensive engineering application development services, alongside design, surveying, and inspection services to facilitate the decommissioning process. This project aims to safely and effectively take the wastewater facility out of service while meeting all regulatory and environmental standards. The scope of work covers the preparation of an engineering report and environmental information document, followed by field and surveying services. The selected vendor must also produce complete design and construction documents, secure necessary permits and easements, provide construction observation, and manage the final project closeout. Performance of all contracted work will take place offsite. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in the United States.
