Water Level Dashboard Solution

The National Park Service is seeking a vendor to provide a water level dashboard solution utilizing global navigation satellite systems interferometric reflectometry data. The agency needs near real-time water level measurements for sites that have established global navigation satellite systems stations situated in view of the water.
