Event Equipment Rental Service

The City of Scottsdale, Arizona, requires a vendor to provide event equipment rental services throughout the year for approximately twenty various events and programs. The agency needs to solve the logistical challenge of equipping events of different scales by securing a reliable supply of canopies, tables, chairs, and potentially other equipment. An event coordinator or supervisor will provide the specific requirements for each individual occurrence. The scope of work covers three tiers of events depending on the agency's needs. Small events require ten canopies and ten tables, while medium events require thirty canopies, fifty tables, and one hundred to two hundred chairs.
