Facilities Master Plan Services

The Front Range Community College in Colorado is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive facilities master plan services. The agency needs to analyze the spatial relationships and architectural compatibility of both existing and future planned buildings and structures. This planning process must ensure the resulting master plan is cohesive, but not conforming, with the newly developed facilities master plan of the Boulder County campus. The scope of work covers program projections, functional relationships, land area requirements, exterior architectural compatibility, and sustainability. The selected vendor must also address traffic and circulation, utility infrastructure availability, findings and recommendations, project budget assistance, and conceptual architectural graphics. Additionally, the project requires a review and incorporation of relevant aspects of the college's existing site drainage features, utility infrastructure, and topographic information to ensure proper drainage and utility support for future buildings. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency requires the performance of the work to be completed offsite. The agency has not disclosed a set budget and is looking for proposals to define the cost. The agency will hold a pre-bid meeting on June 23, 2026. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than June 30, 2026.
