Fire Alarm and Suppression Testing, Maintenance and Repair Services

The Housing Authority of the City of Providence, Rhode Island is seeking a vendor to provide fire alarm and suppression testing, maintenance, and repair services. The agency needs to maintain fire safety systems across forty-six buildings equipped with fire alarm systems and five buildings containing suppression systems. The scope of work covers fire alarm systems, kitchen and computer suppression systems, necessary repairs, and the interconnection of these suppression systems to the main fire alarm system. Bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States to be eligible for this opportunity. The agency expects the performance of the work to occur offsite. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget and will award a contract period of one year.
