Fire Safety Systems Inspecting, Testing, Maintenance, and Repair Services

The government authority located in Texas is seeking a qualified vendor to provide fire safety systems inspecting, testing, maintenance, and repair services. The agency needs to ensure its fire detection, alarm, notification, and sprinkler systems remain fully operational and compliant. The selected provider must possess deep knowledge and qualifications to service various makes of detection and alarm systems, including equipment from multiple manufacturers. The scope of work covers annual inspections and testing of fire detection, alarm, and notification systems, which includes both visual inspections and referenced annual testing. The agency also requires annual sprinkler inspections, quarterly tests and inspections, three-year hydrostatic dry system inspections, and five-year hydrostatic and flow testing of standpipe and hose systems. Additionally, the project includes annual inspection and flowing of private hydrants on campuses, as well as testing of alarm monitoring devices attached directly to the system that monitor back to central alarm points. Eligible bidders must be onshore United States organizations. The agency requires the performance of the work to be conducted offsite. Bidders must submit their proposals digitally via email or online, and the agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget.
