Cloud-based Menu Software

The agency is seeking a vendor to provide a cloud-based, hosted menu software system supported via URL access. The system must incorporate customizable, role-based access to data at various levels, such as administrator, manager, supervisor, chef, or employee, to ensure staff only view and edit data relevant to their roles. The platform must also include administrative capabilities for user management and support user single sign-on via active directory integration. The requested scope of work requires easily customizable reporting with the ability to select specific data fields and run queries using inputs like last edited, used in, and last used for inventory items, recipes, and menus. The software must provide real-time data management to assist with asset control, theft management, and internal control standards. Additionally, the system must enable the development and selective publication of multiple menus across the enterprise, as well as digital and web-based menu displays that update in real time. The agency requires capabilities to cost menus, share recipes selectively across the enterprise, and generate internal and external orders and production sheets based on forecasted usage and historical sales data. The system must enhance waste management practices through tracking, reporting, and data analytics to facilitate future cycle and menu planning. Eligible bidders must perform all work offsite and be located onshore within the United States. Bidders must submit their proposals digitally via email or online, and the agency is currently seeking budget proposals for this project.
