Inventory Management System

The agency is seeking an inventory management system to replace legacy applications and temporary solutions. This new system must resolve existing operational challenges by providing a reliable, user-friendly, and accountable tool for both staff and inmate workers. The platform must function both online and offline, providing asynchronous batching while disconnected and full offline operation for inmate workstations with periodic supervised synchronization. The requested system must feature role-based access controls utilizing Microsoft Entra ID for single sign-on and multi-factor authentication. The interface must be intuitive and suitable for varying literacy levels, while also providing clear audit trails for all actions. Additionally, the software must support modern equipment such as barcode scanners, printers, label printers, and handheld devices. The scope of work requires the provider to deliver comprehensive training materials, onboarding assistance, and ongoing support. The system must adjust, count, and track inventory quantities across multiple storage and bin locations, including item movements. It must also support item searches, bulk data import and export, custom fields, and both line-item and full-shipment receiving. The agency requires features to correct purchase requests and invoices with an audit trail, as well as alerts for outstanding payments. Eligibility is restricted to onshore entities within the United States, and the work will be performed offsite. Bidders must submit their proposals digitally via email or online, and the agency is currently looking for budget proposals.
