Facility Master Plan Services

The Espanola Public School District in Espanola, New Mexico, is seeking a qualified consultant or consulting team to develop a comprehensive five-year facilities master plan for calendar years 2027 through 2031. The district needs to evaluate current facility conditions, identify short-term and long-term capital improvement needs, prioritize deferred maintenance projects, and improve operational efficiency. The resulting strategic planning document will also support educational programming needs and help the district plan for future facility modernization and growth. The scope of work covers facility assessments across educational facilities, administrative buildings, maintenance and transportation facilities, athletic facilities, portable buildings, and site infrastructure and utilities. The selected partner must perform data collection and analysis, conduct stakeholder engagement, and deliver capital improvement planning. All project work will take place offsite. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The district requires demonstrated experience in educational facility planning, capital improvement planning, infrastructure assessments, and long-range strategic planning for public school districts. The evaluation will be based on the submitted proposals, as the district has not disclosed a pre-determined budget. The contract period will span one year.
