The Summit County government authority in Coalville, Utah is seeking a vendor to conduct a parkway extension corridor study. The agency needs to identify and evaluate potential alignments that improve regional connectivity and reduce congestion on the State Route 224 corridor. This study will inform future design, construction, and funding decisions for the region. The scope of work requires the selected vendor to analyze impacts on existing and future neighborhoods, the 2034 Olympic Games, and State Route 224 access management.
