Cloud Based Legal Case Management System

The City Attorney's Office is seeking a comprehensive, cloud-based legal case management system to support its transition to a fully digital, paperless office. The agency needs a Software as a Service solution to streamline legal operations, secure case information, and enable authorized access from any location or device. This system will solve the agency's need for modern legal operations by integrating document and email management, configurable workflows, advanced search, conflict checking, and rule-based calendaring. The scope of work covers implementation, configuration, data migration of legacy documents, training, ongoing maintenance, hosting, and licensing. The requested system must manage cases from intake to final disposition, store and search digital documents, generate templates and pleadings, and synchronize litigation deadlines with Outlook. Additionally, the software must support role-based access controls, mobile and browser access, direct email filing from Outlook, Microsoft Word template automation, time tracking for federal reporting, encrypted offline case packets, document redaction, and e-signature integration. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency requires the performance of all work to be conducted offsite. Bidders must submit their proposals digitally via email or through the online portal, and the agency is currently looking for proposals to establish budget parameters.
