Asbestos Reporting System and Compliance Management Solution

The District is seeking an enterprise-level asbestos reporting system and compliance management solution to track and document environmental safety standards. The agency needs to manage asbestos inspections, track asbestos-containing and assumed asbestos-containing materials, and document condition assessments and response actions. The selected system must store and maintain asbestos management plans, retain compliance records, and align with District technology standards, security requirements, and data governance practices. The scope of work requires the design, configuration, and deployment of the compliance management system, alongside the validation of migrated data to ensure completeness, accuracy, and regulatory integrity. The provider must deliver user training and documentation to support system adoption, as well as ongoing technical support and maintenance. All work will be performed offsite over a contract period of three years. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget and will accept digital submissions via email or online. The District will hold a pre-bid meeting on June 17, 2026, and requires all questions to be submitted no later than June 18, 2026.
