Cloud-Based Educational Electronic Health Record Platform

The agency is seeking a cloud-based educational electronic health record platform designed specifically for educational and simulation-based learning environments. The proposed solution must support multi-disciplinary health programs by providing students with a realistic, configurable, and secure electronic health record system used for instruction, skills development, and scenario-based clinical practice. This platform will solve the need for realistic clinical training by offering identity, security, and access control, case creation, clinical simulation, clinical documentation, and learning activities. The scope of work covers scheduling and workflow simulation, reporting and analytics, document and data management, system integration, and interoperability. The selected provider must also deliver training, support, implementation, and deployment services. The agency is establishing a contract period of five years for these services. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency requires all performance of the work to occur offsite. The agency has not disclosed a set budget and is looking for proposals to define the financial terms. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than June 17, 2026.
