RFI for Airport-Wide Paging and Communications System Modernization Services

The Sanford Airport Authority in Sanford, Florida is seeking information to modernize its airport-wide paging and communications system. The authority is trying to solve the challenges of an aging public address infrastructure by upgrading existing components and replacing the current system with an IP-based paging and communications system. This modernization effort aims to improve system resiliency, enhance redundancy, and support future operational and terminal growth. The scope of work covers upgrading portions of the existing public address infrastructure and implementing a modern IP-based system. The requested system must enhance accessibility under the Americans with Disabilities Act and improve overall passenger communications throughout the airport. The authority is looking for proposals to determine the budget and feasibility of these upgrades. Only organizations based in the United States are eligible to participate in this market research effort. The performance of the requested work will take place offsite.
