Nurse Call System

The Pennsylvania government authority is seeking a vendor to provide, install, and program a comprehensive nurse call system. The agency needs this system to improve communication and emergency response capabilities within its facility. The scope of work covers the delivery and installation of four emergency call buttons, twenty-two bedside modules with speech capabilities, one system server, one system rack, and one uninterruptible power supply battery back-up. The project also requires one station gateway, one switch, thirty-six multi-section LED dome or zone lights, twenty-two single-button call cords, and two voice-over-IP touch screen master stations. The selected vendor must provide a lot of plenum-rated system cable along with all necessary labor and hardware to complete the installation. The agency expects the vendor to install all field devices and head-end equipment, as well as handle the programming of the entire system. The contract period will span two years from the date of award. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations located within the United States. The agency is requesting proposals to determine the budget and will allow the performance of the work to take place offsite.
