SIP Trunks, CENTREX and Pots Line Replacement Services

The government authority in Indiana is seeking a vendor to provide SIP trunks, CENTREX, and POTS line replacement services. The agency needs to replace all copper-based CENTREX and POTS connections in each of its buildings, including those used for building fax communication. The selected vendor must deliver and maintain two active, dedicated SIP trunks for all incoming and outgoing calls, split between the two connections. The scope of work covers all necessary hardware, software, installation, and ongoing maintenance for the two SIP trunks. The agency requires a solution that includes an option not reliant on the local district network as the sole connection method. Additionally, the provider must deliver continuous monitoring services, which include twenty-four-seven-three-hundred-sixty-five monitoring of the SIP trunk and access to a provider-owned and operated Network Operations Center with live representatives for troubleshooting. Bidders must assign local account representatives to support the agency. To be eligible for this opportunity, the bidder must be an onshore, United States organization. The agency will allow the performance of the work to take place offsite. The agency is looking for budget proposals to determine the cost of the project.
