Aviation and Ground Fuel Supply and Services

The City of Albuquerque, or the relevant government authority located in New Mexico, requires a reliable vendor to provide aviation and ground fuel supply and services. The agency is attempting to secure a consistent supply chain to meet its operational fueling needs, particularly for its high-volume aviation operations. The project covers the delivery of Jet A Fuel, Avgas 100LL, and Ultra-Low Sulfur Diesel. The scope of work requires Jet A Fuel conforming to the latest revision of ASTM D-1655, with the capacity to supply over 160,000 gallons annually. The Avgas 100LL must conform to the latest revision of ASTM D-910 or its future federally mandated replacement, such as UL94 or G100UL. The Diesel must meet all Environmental Protection Agency standards for Ultra-Low Sulfur Highway Diesel. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency requires the performance of the work to be offsite, meaning the vendor must carry out the work from their own office location. The agency has not disclosed a specific budget and is currently looking for proposals to determine the cost.
