Gift Cards Services

The government authority located in New York is seeking a vendor to provide physical gift card services to various County departments. The agency requires activated physical gift cards in denominations of twenty-five dollars, fifty dollars, and one hundred dollars for Amazon, Barnes and Noble, iTunes, Lowes, Target, and Walmart. These cards must feature unique identification numbers, prevent cash withdrawals or bank deposits, and support both online and in-person transactions. The agency requires that defective cards be replaced at no charge with the remaining balance transferred to the new card. Cardholders must have the ability to register the gift cards online to track their balances. The selected vendor will perform all work offsite over a contract period of one year. Only organizations based in the United States are eligible to bid on this opportunity. The agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget for these services. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than June 17, 2026.
