Website Redesign and Hosting Service Using CMS

The Village is seeking a vendor to provide a website redesign and hosting service using a flexible, easy-to-learn Content Management System. The agency needs to replace its current online presence with an updated primary municipal website that engages, connects, and informs the community. This project aims to solve the problem of information accessibility, ensuring residents, businesses, and visitors can easily locate services, find answers, and resolve issues online. The scope of work covers creating a responsive design usable on phones, tablets, and personal computers. The final website must feature an interactive calendar for local events, a robust on-site search engine that supports predictive typing and tolerates common misspellings, and social media integration for feed-sharing. Additionally, the system must integrate with existing third-party services, including payment software, Municode for code services, and Esri/ArcGIS for mapping. Eligible bidders must perform all work offsite and be located onshore within the United States. The agency is requesting proposals to determine the budget for this project, and the resulting contract will run for a period of one year.
