Recycling Journey Residential Recycling Campaign Service

The County is seeking marketing contractors to design and implement a residential recycling campaign promoting the recycling journey initiative. This campaign aims to help residents better understand what happens to materials after they are placed in recycling bins. The agency intends to solve the problem of public confusion regarding the recycling system, with the goals of improving recycling behavior and encouraging residents to recycle correctly. The scope of work covers direct mail outreach management, including design, printing, and postage services. The selected contractor must also deliver digital advertising, social media campaign development, short video or animation promotion, website promotion and integration, and email marketing. Additionally, the project requires public relations outreach, community engagement materials, and the creation of educational graphics or infographics. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based solely in the United States. The agency requires all performance of the work to take place offsite. Bidders must submit their proposals digitally either via email or through the online portal, and the agency is currently looking for proposals to establish the budget. The agency requires all questions regarding this procurement to be submitted no later than June 11, 2026.
