This solution must enable comprehensive searches through disparate datasets by aggregating and visualizing records from incident crime reporting data, traffic crash reports, dispatch software, license plate readers, and third-party intelligence databases. The agency requires a system that can perform drug trend forecasting, automatically search multiple data sources for identified property, analyze data from dashboards, and search images of a person across all social media platforms. The platform must recommend investigative directions based on synthesis and analysis, use artificial intelligence case reviews to associate places for leads, and utilize facial recognition searching. The agency requires seamless ingestion and normalization of structured and unstructured data, including text, video, audio, and images, to gain actionable insights and cross-source correlation across data silos. Bidders must perform all work offsite and must be located onshore within the United States. The agency is looking for budget proposals to cover a contract period of one year.
