Leveraging AI/ML Service

The Air Force District of Washington Judge Advocate is seeking a vendor to explore, validate, and implement artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions to enhance data management, decision-making, and judicial outcomes. The agency needs to automate the intake and processing of judicial and legal case data through natural language processing, automated document classification, metadata extraction, and intelligent eDiscovery to streamline evidence review. Additionally, the project requires implementing generative AI for rapid advisory and query responses, anomaly detection in compliance pipelines, and reinforcement learning for workflow improvements. The scope of work also covers interagency civil support, which utilizes generative AI for rapid query responses, reinforcement learning to optimize workflows, and advanced data visualization tools to facilitate stakeholder briefings.
