Enterprise Asset Management Software

The City is seeking an enterprise asset management system to meet its municipal needs for asset inventory, work order tracking and management, and preventative maintenance scheduling. The selected vendor will take responsibility for the final approved design, installation, implementation, and commissioning of the system. This scope of work includes developing user acceptance testing scripts, conducting training, establishing system integration and connectivity to existing systems, and providing long-term system support. Bidders must be onshore organizations based solely in the United States. The performing vendor will conduct all project work offsite. The City has not disclosed a set budget and is seeking cost proposals from interested bidders to establish the financial parameters of the project. The City requires all clarifying questions regarding this procurement to be submitted no later than June 18, 2026. Evaluation criteria will be based on the submitted proposals that address the design, implementation, and support requirements.
