SCADA Water Distribution System Upgrades Services

The county is seeking a vendor to replace its existing Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition system for the potable water distribution system. The agency needs a new Software as a Service, mobile-device-capable, and web-based SCADA telemetry system, along with related appurtenances. The selected vendor must provide design and integration services, including procurement, to replace the existing SCADA hardware and software. The scope of work requires human-machine interface graphical displays that provide an interactive, computer-aided design level physical representation of distribution system assets, including elevated and ground storage tanks. The system must allow the county to extract historical and real-time operational data for analysis and reporting. Additionally, the vendor must provide and install surveillance cameras or other monitoring solutions to provide real-time visual information and clear, visual depictions of real-time water levels at each location. Only organizations based in the United States are eligible to bid on this opportunity. The performance of the work will take place offsite, and the county is requesting proposals to determine the budget. Bidders can submit their responses digitally via email or online. The county will host a pre-bid conference on June 16, 2026. Bidders must submit all questions no later than July 8, 2026. The resulting contract period will last for one year.
