Cloud-Based Transition Data Platform

The agency is seeking a contractor to provide a cloud-based transition data platform, specifically an External User Viewer Platform or equivalent. This centralized web-based platform will allow the public to access, visualize, and report drinking water system information. The project requires integrating cloud-hosted environments with Microsoft Entra ID for Single Sign On functionality. The contractor will support Microsoft Azure cloud hosting, including scheduling patches and downtime, conducting ongoing testing, and providing periodic agency updates. The current version of the platform will be stored and shared via agency SharePoint, and the contractor must manage the project schedule in Microsoft Project. Primary communication tools for this effort are Microsoft Teams and Outlook. The agency requires cloud resources to facilitate the successful implementation of the agency State Suite of Applications in a Cloud Environment. The contractor must support access to two user environments, which include production and testing, hosted in the contractor-provided Microsoft Azure Government Cloud. Performance of the work will occur offsite. Bidders must be onshore United States organizations to be eligible for this opportunity. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget for this project. The agency will hold a pre-bid meeting on June 18, 2026. Bidders must submit all questions no later than July 7, 2026.
