CRM Data Integrity Specialist Services

The issuing agency is seeking a CRM data integrity specialist to clean up its organizational database, maintain existing records, merge duplicates, and enter newly collected data. The project specifically focuses on maintaining records and datasets in the Virtuous database, with a particular emphasis on the farmer and researcher audience segments. The scope of work requires the specialist to manually clean data records through deduplication, address verification, organizational relationship mapping, and tagging. The specialist must also review and audit data for accuracy, investigate and resolve discrepancies, and perform general data entry and imports of new external contacts. Additionally, the agency requires the creation, updating, and maintenance of database standard operating procedures for organization-wide use. Eligible bidders must be located onshore within the United States. The agency requires the performance of all work to be completed offsite.
