The software must integrate directly with ArcGIS Enterprise Portal, ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS Indoors, and the ArcGIS Utility Network. The requested software must manage any type of asset and provide a map within the application for visual reference of asset locations. Users must have the ability to add, delete, or update asset locations within the software, as well as assign a unique ID for newly added assets. The system must support the creation of service requests for internal and external vendor work order requests.
