Automated External Defibrillator Program Management and Concierge Platform

The agency is seeking a secure, web-based automated external defibrillator program management and concierge platform to support the compliance, inspection tracking, and emergency readiness of agency-owned AEDs. This system must solve the problem of ensuring all AED units remain ready for emergency use and aligned with regulatory requirements by providing medical oversight and post-event support. The platform must allow the agency to view AED locations, status, and readiness, while tracking serial numbers, battery dates, pad dates, and inspection records. The scope of work requires the platform to send automated alerts for upcoming expirations, provide access to monthly inspection history, and generate reports by location, unit, expiration date, inspection status, and service history. The system must also track AED-related training records, maintain all AED documentation in a centralized system, and provide user access controls and authentication methods. Additionally, the platform must support data backup and recovery, data retention practices, data transfer and export capabilities, and policy and procedure updates. Eligible bidders must be onshore USA organizations. The agency requires the performance of the work to be completed offsite. Bidders must submit proposals digitally via email or online, and the agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget. The agency will host a non-mandatory pre-bid meeting on June 9, 2026.
