RFI for Mobile Booking Livescan System

The agency is seeking information on an operationally proven, ruggedized, portable, commercial off-the-shelf Mobile Booking LiveScan System Solution. This solution must be a single, all-in-one portable device in a tablet form factor with integrated biometric capture capabilities, a touchscreen display, and software. The agency requires a system that does not function as a multi-component kit requiring assembly in the field. The requested scope of work covers multimodal biometric capture capabilities, including fingerprint, facial image, and iris capture, which must meet specific standards for DPI, pixel dimensions, and image quality. The system must feature a secure architecture that includes authentication methods, role-based access control, remote wipe capabilities, session timeout controls, and remote locks. Additionally, the system must support mobile booking workflows such as citation issuance, charge entry, signature capture, ID scanning, barcode scanning, warrant checks, and field release workflows. The agency requires the proposed solution to be capable of handling future service needs and technological advancements. Respondents must provide an estimated implementation project timeline alongside information about the hardware, software, and environment that supports the solution. Only onshore organizations based in the United States are eligible to participate in this market research effort. The agency is allowing offsite performance for the work associated with this project.
