Portable Changeable Message Sign Service

The agency is seeking a vendor to provide portable changeable message sign services, specifically trailer-mounted dynamic message signs. The requested equipment must include wireless communications equipment, hardware, software, delivery, integration, training, technical assistance, and warranty information necessary to operate and maintain the units. The signs must feature a full matrix LED display capable of showing variable height text, varying fonts, and graphic messages.
