Building Sign Replacement Service

The college is seeking a vendor to provide a comprehensive building sign replacement service for Building N on the main campus. The project requires the fabrication and installation of both interior and exterior signage. Before beginning fabrication, the selected vendor must prepare and submit shop drawings with sign layouts for the college's review and approval. The scope of work includes fabricating and assembling all signs, as well as removing all existing interior signs from various wall materials such as gyp board and concrete block. The college will identify any existing signage they wish to keep, while the vendor must remove and dispose of all other signs off-site. The vendor must exercise extreme care during removal to minimize damage, and the college will handle the repair of any minor damage caused by this process. New signs must be installed immediately after the removal of the old signs. The performance of the fabrication work will take place offsite. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based solely in the United States. The college is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget for this project. All questions regarding this opportunity must be submitted no later than June 09, 2026.
