Wired and Wireless Network Infrastructure Services

The Alabama government authority is seeking a vendor to provide wired and wireless network infrastructure services, maintenance, and training. The agency needs to purchase switches, routers, and other core network equipment, along with technical services, directly from the original equipment manufacturer product and services catalog. This project covers engineering, equipment, network configurations, changes, and coordination with telecommunication carriers and infrastructure providers. The selected vendor must interface with the agency's existing data and telephone network software. The scope of work specifically requires original equipment manufacturer hardware and software products from HPE, including HPE Aruba Networking and HPE Juniper Networking. The agency excludes network transport services, other connectivity services, cloud-based products, and premise distribution systems services from this contract. Performance of all requested work will take place offsite. Eligible bidders must be onshore United States organizations. The agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget for this project. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than June 18, 2026.
