Audio Visual Equipment and Installation Services

The New York government authority is seeking a vendor to provide audio visual equipment and installation services. The authority requires a system that establishes a functional standard based on specific core architecture items, including the Cisco collaboration platform, Cisco room devices, Cisco microphones and cameras, and Cisco room control interfaces. The system must also integrate Q-SYS control and audio processing, Q-SYS user interface and control programming, Q-SYS audio routing, and a recording and control workflow. The authority needs to solve the problem of implementing these technologies without reducing functionality, changing the system architecture, or increasing operational complexity. The requested scope of work requires the vendor to deliver the exact integrated meeting, camera, microphone, room control, audio processing, recording, monitoring, and support workflows shown in the design package. The project must not require any additional owner-furnished equipment, licensing, programming, infrastructure, or redesign. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The performance of the work will take place offsite. The contract period will span one year, and the authority is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget.
