The Village of Islamorada, Florida is seeking proposals for a full hardware refresh of its council chamber broadcast and audio-visual production system. The agency uses this infrastructure to record, stream, and broadcast public meetings via live internet streaming and a local cable access channel. The project aims to modernize the chamber's capabilities by replacing the existing Broadcast Pix Slate 100 system. The scope of work requires the delivery of a capable HD/SD live production switcher that supports multi-camera production and PTZ camera preset recall from the control surface. The selected provider must also supply PTZ cameras meeting specific minimum video camera requirements, program audio loudspeakers, and power amplifiers. Work performance may occur either onsite in Islamorada or offsite. Eligibility is strictly limited to onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget and has not disclosed a specific funding limit.
