Snack and Beverage Vending Services

Middlesex Community College is seeking snack and beverage vending services to establish a comprehensive, integrated vending program across its Lowell and Bedford campuses. The agency wants to increase customer satisfaction by offering quality products, including healthy and nutritious foods, and state-of-the-art equipment while growing vending sales. The selected provider must maintain the cleanliness of the surrounding areas affected by the machines, including clean-up after any repairs or malfunctions. The agency requires all snack and beverage machines to feature thermal overload protection and all necessary, fully operational safety devices. Every machine must accept credit cards, debit cards, coins, and one-dollar and five-dollar bills through built-in changers, with Apple Pay capability preferred but not required. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based solely in the United States, and the performance of the work will occur offsite at the provider's office location. The agency is currently looking for proposals and has not disclosed a specific budget. Interested parties must attend a site visit scheduled for June 10, 2026.
