The government authority located in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania is seeking daily janitorial cleaning services from Monday through Friday, excluding holidays and other building closures. The agency needs to maintain a clean, sanitized, and well-stocked facility to ensure a hygienic environment for employees and visitors. The selected vendor will perform all work onsite at the authority's location. The scope of work covers comprehensive cleaning of restrooms, showers, breakrooms, and common areas. Specific tasks include cleaning and sanitizing toilets, urinals, sinks, shower stalls, benches, doors, partitions, mirrors, counters, tables, and appliance exteriors.
