Janitorial Services

The City of Shoreline, Washington is seeking professional, customer-focused, and environmentally sustainable janitorial services for its government authority facility. The agency requires cleaning of all common areas, which encompasses all spaces not designated as individual cubicles or offices. The selected provider must perform daily tasks on each scheduled cleaning day, while monthly, quarterly, biannual, and yearly tasks must occur during routine scheduled cleaning dates and times. The agency is limiting eligibility to onshore organizations based in the United States. The contracted work must be performed entirely onsite at the Shoreline facility. Bidders must submit their proposals digitally, either via email or through the designated online portal. The contract period will span one year, and the agency is currently looking for proposals to establish the budget. Interested parties must attend a pre-proposal tour scheduled for June 11, 2026. All questions regarding this opportunity must be submitted to the agency no later than June 17, 2026.
